tea time in monaco

tea time with my 2 dear friends; ramiz and nicolo at the Hotel de Paris and of course we had barbajuan, a traditional Monegasque snack of pastry filled with a mix of onions, leeks, chard, spinach with Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses that are folded like pasties before being deep fried.

it is saturday, august 9, 2014. i met with my friend Cedric… 2 hrs shopping then lunch at Dior Cafe. wonderful meal..of course the kitchen is under the control of the famous french chef Yanick Aleno.
